JOIN THE PROJECT

We have two forms for those who want to get involved - one for volunteers who are able to help and one for businesses who are able to offer ordering over the phone, including payment. Please fill in the correct form. For further details on safeguarding, please see our page on this.

Please note, we are asking everyone to first and foremost, use our letter template which can be found on our "Print Outs" page and make direct contact with neighbours. This registration is so we can support those people who do not have contact with their direct neighbours who are able to support them. Please see our safeguarding page for our policies and guidelines.

GDPR Disclaimer: By submitting your details, you are agreeing for your details to be stored within this Wix (website platform) website for 6 months or until the crisis is over (whichever comes first). We will only contact you regarding volunteering within the area, which is the purpose of this form.

If you have registered as a volunteer below, please go to our Safeguarding page, download the Volunteer form and send to volunteer@poolecsg.com

You will also need 2 references - the form is also on the Safeguarding page to be downloaded and this must be sent by your references to volunteer@poolecsg.com

Our volunteer co-ordinator will then be in touch.

Please note, we are now accepting volunteers who do not have a DBS Certificate for helping with food deliveries.

To register, please take the time to fill out the information below. Please note, we are experiencing a large number of registrations and are unable to contact everyone individually. We are first and foremost asking everyone to contact their neighbours directly, using our letter template found on this website. This registration is so we can contact you if someone near you needs support and no direct neighbours have made contact with them.

Once you have registered here, please follow the instructions above about filling in your volunteer form and references. We are now accepting volunteers without DBS Certificates.
