Whether you are in self isolation due to symptoms of Covid-19 or you're isolating yourself due to pre-existing medical conditions, we will try and support you. We understand that many people do not have family and friends who are able to help - many of our volunteers have family who live in other parts of the country and are relying on volunteers to help their family members!

This community group is based on local businesses and volunteers getting involved and is run entirely on a volunteer basis. For that reason, we cannot guarantee we can always help, but we will do our upmost to.

If you need support, please fill in the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If it is urgent, please contact us using the details on the contact page. We are unfortunately only able to help those within the Poole area, but there are various community groups being set up across the region continuously.

We cannot take support requests for food deliveries unless it is within 2-3 days of needing the delivery, unless you require specialist allergy food eg. gluten free bread.

For prescription requests, please include:

  • Your Full Name

  • Address

  • Date of Birth

  • Pharmacy

  • When it is ready to be collected 

  • When you need it by

For essential items requests, please include:

  • Your Full Name

  • Address

  • Your contact details (phone and email)

  • Your shopping list

We are currently experiencing a large volume of support requests, so please help us by providing as much detail as possible and reading our information section to the left first.

Please include an email address wherever possible along with your mobile number. We are able to monitor the emails and respond much quicker.

 

IMPORTANT: If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please also include your phone number, your email and your reason for registering on their behalf to ensure safeguarding. We will be unable to fulfill the support request without YOUR details.
